Bates was the first plumbing company out of four that actually answered, came out, and gave a detailed estimate. We have continued to use Jason and his team several times. They are prompt, courteous, and never overcharge for materials and/or service. They show up when expected, and never reschedule or leave a job unfinished. A ten star rating on a scale of five doesn't do justice! Obviously the only "Go to guys" in Nevada!!!

Jason is a great plumber who does really good work. He was professional, pleasant to talk to and listened to all my concerns. No beating around the bush and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He does quality work for a fair price. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone needing plumbing services.

I live in Appleton City and couldn't get a local plumber to show up when my line was all clogged. I'm came across Bates Plumbing and gave them a call. Well Mr. Bates answered the call and he told me "He would be there in a few hours" and he was. He's a man of his word and he had my lines cleared and running in a short amount of time. I feel his pricing is also reasonable. Thank you Mr. Bates!

I called other plumbers but they could not clear our line then I was referred to Bates by another plumber. Bates was able to clear it quickly with their powerful water jetter machine.

Jason is a great plumber, but he's an even better man. Not many people have his professional experience, and his depth of mastery, but even fewer men have his [height] of character. If you want competence and trustworthiness, Jason is your guy. 10 out of 5 stars.

I would highly recommend this group. We are new homeowners and had our first plumbing issue. They came promptly, they were professional, and they were HELPFUL! They had previously worked on our new home and gave us feedback for future concerns. They are exactly who you would want to support you during a stressful time. I can't say enough great things!

I had a serious leak from my bathtub faucet. As it was Sunday, I was unable to get a local plumber to come. I called Bates Plumbing and he traveled up from two towns south of here. He's been my go-to plumber two more times!
